The Primo cycling helmet is made with the In-molding system, which provides for the union of the inner shell in sintered expanded polystyrene (EPS) with the outer shell in polycarbonate (PC), to maximize the safety of the athletes.
The position and size of the 10 front air intakes have been designed to ensure the best aerodynamics and constant ventilation inside the helmet during all bike rides; the 6 rear ventilation holes direct the air flows and significantly increase ventilation by dispersing heat.
The study and design of the occipital part of the Primo helmet guarantees an outflow of air always in line with the helmet, whatever position the athlete assumes.

The internal padding with open cell construction coupled with the three-dimensional fabric with variable thickness from 5 to 8 mm guarantees a perfect fit ensuring protection and ventilation.
Thanks to the new "Fitting Foam" technology, the Primo helmet offers a new level of comfort given by the insert in soft material with quick memory that allows you to isolate the forehead from the EPS shell, drastically reducing vibrations and at the same time increasing safety while keeping the helmet in place. more stable position.
